Job summary

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to work up to 19 hours/week with in-person duties including evenings until 6 p.m.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing procedures for the Learning Commons.
• Help customers locate items and process resource requests.
• Collect and report statistics on activities.
• Answer phone inquiries and assist callers.
• Troubleshoot printer and copier issues.
• Support digitization efforts and assist staff with projects.
