Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ work experience in an office setting performing customer service or desktop support.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work.

Responsibilities

• Administers College tests on campus and off-site as needed.
• Administers other exams such as CLEP.
• Inputs placement scores into Banner.
• Schedules tutoring, testing, and proctoring appointments.
• Supports library circulation desk and maintains reserves and OhioLINK orders.
• Maintains Learning Commons records and processes.
• Responds to faculty and staff needs and troubleshoots hardware/software.
• Provides training for students, faculty, and staff on site technologies.
• Supervises work-study employees within the unit.
