Franklin University is seeking a part-time student employee to work up to 19 hours per week in the Learning Commons. The position provides in-person support to students, staff, and faculty during operating hours, including evenings until 6 p.m.
Applicants must be enrolled in Franklin University courses to be eligible.
Student Assistants complete daily opening and closing procedures for the Learning Commons; help customers locate items and process resource requests; collect and report statistics; answer phone inquiries; and troubleshoot printer and copier issues. They also support the department’s digitization efforts and assist staff with other projects as needed.
