Job summary

Qualifications

• High school degree or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years’ work experience in an office setting, performing customer service or desktop support functions.

Responsibilities

• Administers college tests such as placement and makeup exams on campus and off-site.
• Inputs placement scores into Banner.
• Schedules tutoring, testing, and proctoring appointments.
• Supports library circulation desk functions and maintains library holdings.
• Provides technical assistance for events, media services, and classroom equipment.
• Responds to faculty and staff needs for operational issues and equipment.
