Job summary

Reporting to the assigned campus leader, this role provides front-line customer service to students, employees, and the public at the TCC Learning Commons. This position is responsible for cross-training in multiple areas with the ability to assist with clerical, customer service, learning lab, library, and other professional duties throughout the Learning Commons.

The role supports a range of services, including helping with resource guidance, desk operations, inventory, and technology

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and one year of related work experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple duties across Learning Commons areas.
• Willingness to work in evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provides front-line customer service to students, employees, and the public at the Learning Commons.
• Oversees front desk operations, scheduling, and calendar management.
• Assists with clerical, library, learning lab, and other professional duties.
• Maintains resources and guides patrons to available services and materials.
• Supports safety, housekeeping, and policy compliance within the Learning Commons.
