Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and 1 year of related experience.
• Preferred: college education beyond minimum requirements, especially English/writing.
• Current CRLA Level 1 tutor training or equivalent tutoring certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide front-line customer service to students, employees and the public.
• Oversee front desk operations and assist with calendar management.
• Support learning lab, library and other Learning Commons duties as needed.
• Tutor students and provide academic coaching and study strategies.
• Assist with equipment setup for labs and tutoring sessions.
