Responsibilities

• Provide front-line customer service to students, employees, and the public at the Learning Commons.
• Oversee front desk operations and coordinate scheduling and communications.
• Assist with library, learning lab, and other duties across the Learning Commons.
• Support tutoring, academic coaching, and workshops as needed.
• Maintain inventory and ensure safety, housekeeping, and security practices.
