Tarrant County College District (TCCD) Northeast Campus is seeking a Specialist I, Learning Commons to deliver front-line customer service and support across library, learning lab, and tutoring areas.

Reporting to the campus leader, you will assist students, faculty, and the public, manage front desk operations, schedule appointments, and help with technology, equipment, and study resources while supporting a team-focused learning environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and one year of working experience related to the Essential Performance Requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provides front-line customer service to students, employees, and the public at the Learning Commons.
• Manages front desk operations, appointment scheduling, calendar management, and inquiries.
• Assists with library, learning lab, and tutoring support across multiple spaces as assigned.
• Maintains safety, order, and proper handling of materials and equipment.
• Partners with faculty and staff to support events and learning activities.
