You will partner across functions to create engaging programs that upskill employees and improve outcomes. The role emphasizes designing diverse learning experiences, maintaining SOPs, and leveraging LMS tools to monitor participation and impact.

Qualificações

• Requires Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 5+ years in learning & development or instructional design.
• Proven ability to design and deliver learning programs across formats.

Responsabilidades

• Lead development and execution of training initiatives aligned with transformation goals.
• Design and deliver instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced learning programs.
• Create training materials, SOPs, and job aids for employee success.
• Collaborate with leaders to translate processes into learning solutions.
• Maintain LMS content and monitor training effectiveness.
