Job summary

Carlisle Construction Materials is hiring a Senior Training Specialist to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-wide onboarding programs. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Training & Development, Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 7–10+ years of experience developing, delivering, and managing training programs for employees at all levels.
• Experience designing and leading enterprise-wide learning, onboarding, or development initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, implementation, and ongoing management of an enterprise-wide onboarding program.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR teams to develop onboarding resources and coordinate learning activities.
• Analyze organizational and training needs to develop new programs or enhance existing learning solutions.
• Arrange and promote development opportunities across the organization.
• Design and develop training programs using classroom, e-learning, virtual workshops, and on-the-job training.
• Lead sessions and coordinate schedules, logistics, materials, and participants.
• Develop engaging learning materials and resources.
• Utilize Articulate and other tools to create digital learning experiences.
• Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to ensure content is accurate and aligned with business needs.
• Evaluate training materials and programs and provide feedback for improvement.
• Coach new instructors and support effective training delivery.
