Utah Transit Authority is seeking a Learning Architect to shape employee growth and organizational success by translating business needs into meaningful learning experiences and innovative L&D programs across the organization.

You will partner with leaders and subject matter experts to design practical solutions, develop curricula, and manage learning initiatives using modern instructional design practices.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in content creation including e-learning and assessments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Curriculum Design, Learning Experience Design, or closely related field.

Responsibilities

• Deliver learning consultations and curriculum development across departments.
• Oversee standardized curriculum management for consistency and quality.
• Assist with training consultations, curriculum development, and evaluating training effectiveness.
• Design and evaluate learning content including e-learning courses and assessments.
• Assist with administering the LMS and provide project management support.
