Job summary

AgReserves, Inc. is seeking a creative and tech-savvy Learning & Development Specialist to join our corporate HR team. The role involves designing, delivering, and managing training programs, running the LMS, and tracking outcomes to ensure effectiveness.

You will create engaging content using Camtasia, Articulate, Adobe, Canva, and other tools, and collaborate with HR to align programs with organizational goals. This is a full-time on-site position based in Salt Lake City, Utah.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, IT, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in training design, development, and delivery.
• Proficiency with Learning Management Systems.
• Experience creating curriculum, content, and deliverables for custom training programs.
• Instructional design experience preferred; strong technical adaptability.
• Excellent collaboration, project management, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer the LMS, create courses, upload attendance, run reports, ensure data accuracy.
• Design and develop courses using LMS tools for engaging training experiences.
• Analyze learning metrics, attendance, and performance data.
• Develop Learning Paths tailored to specific roles and teams.
• Partner with HR and stakeholders to align programs with objectives.
• Create and update curriculum and learning resources for online/in-person training.
• Support on-site and in-person training sessions.
