Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5–7 years curriculum development, facilitation and instructional design experience.
• Experience in curriculum development, facilitation, and instructional design within a learning environment.

Responsibilities

• Designs, builds, and implements web-based, multi-media development solutions for learning content.
• Develops curriculum, course material and assessment techniques aligned with objectives.
• Supports design and implementation of projects for department training.
• Provides subject matter support to appropriate areas.
• Collaborates with team members and internal clients to meet learning needs.
• Provides technology support and program management for department initiatives.
• Advises on potential online delivery or redesign of curricula.
• Designs and delivers leadership training programs and development initiatives.
• Facilitates learning through classroom, eLearning, blended learning and coaching.
