Job summary

Paychex is seeking a Learning Architect to strategically design and develop impactful learning solutions that drive measurable performance improvements. You will collaborate with stakeholders to plan advanced learning experiences and ensure outcomes are relevant and measurable, including complex simulations and robust evaluation.

The role emphasizes data-driven refinement, alignment with company OKRs, and partnering with Instructional Developers to deliver engaging, pedagogically sound programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design or related field required.
• 5+ years of experience in learning architecture or instructional design.

Responsibilities

• Conduct needs assessments with stakeholders and SMEs to identify gaps and align with KPIs.
• Design learning solutions with detailed storyboards and plans, collaborating with SMEs for expert input.
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders to align objectives and expectations on projects.
• Design and implement evaluation strategies (Kirkpatrick Levels 1-4) to measure impact.
• Introduce simulations and complex interactions to boost engagement and outcomes.
