Job summary

Paychex is seeking a Learning Architect to design and develop impactful learning solutions that improve performance. You will lead design planning, collaborate with SMEs across discovery sessions, and ensure programs are measurable and aligned to business goals.

This role also involves evaluation, quality reviews, and coordination of delivery from discovery through launch. The position emphasizes applying adult learning principles, integrating simulations, and coordinating with a Program Manager

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Learning & Development, or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in learning architecture or instructional design driving business outcomes.
• Experience managing learning projects through intake, analysis, SME engagement, quality review, and delivery coordination.

Responsibilities

• Conduct needs assessments with stakeholders and SMEs to align learning with KPIs.
• Lead learning solution design with detailed storyboards and design plans for development.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and project milestones across the lifecycle.
• Design evaluation strategies (Kirkpatrick Levels 1-4) to measure impact.
• Incorporate engaging technologies such as simulations to enhance learning outcomes.
• Coordinate final delivery, roster, and enrollment in Sana as applicable.
