• Bachelor's Degree in Instructional Design, Learning & Development, HR Development, Educational Technology, or related field is required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in learning architecture or instructional design driving business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct needs assessments with stakeholders and SMEs to align learning with goals and KPIs.
• Design comprehensive learning solutions with storyboards and plans for handoff to developers.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure solutions meet strategic objectives.
• Design and implement evaluation strategies (e.g., Kirkpatrick Levels 1-4) to measure impact.
• Incorporate simulations and advanced interactions to boost engagement and outcomes.
