Job summary

The role combines instructional design, LMS administration, and program management to deliver innovative, practical solutions that align with UTA's goals.

Qualifications

• Two years of content creation experience including e-learning and assessments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Curriculum Design, Learning Experience Design, or closely related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide learning consultations and instructional design for departments without dedicated resources.
• Oversee curriculum management to ensure consistency and quality across programs.
• Assist with training consultations, curriculum development, and effectiveness analysis.
• Design and evaluate e-learning content and assessments using best practices.
• Assist with LMS administration and project management for L&D initiatives.
