Job summary

AgReserves, Inc. in Salt Lake City, UT is seeking a Learning and Development Specialist to support the design, delivery, and management of employee training programs. This role includes LMS administration, content creation, and tracking results to ensure effectiveness.

The candidate will build Learning Paths, analyze metrics, and partner with HR to align programs with organizational goals, using tools like MS Suite, Camtasia, Articulate, Adobe Suite, and Canva to produce engaging materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in training design, development and delivery.
• Proficiency with Learning Management Systems.
• Experience creating curriculum, content and deliverables for custom trainings.
• Instructional design experience preferred; strong technical adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Administer LMS including courses, attendance, reports and data accuracy.
• Design and develop courses using LMS tools for engaging learning experiences.
• Track learning metrics, attendance and performance data.
• Develop and maintain Learning Paths for specific roles/teams.
• Collaborate with HR and stakeholders to align programs with objectives.
• Create and update high-quality curriculum and resources for online and in-person training.
• Assist with on-site training sessions in varying environments.
• Utilize LMS tools, MS Office, eAuthoring tools (Camtasia, Articulate), Adobe Suite, Canva.
