Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is seeking a Learning and Development Specialist to join a nonprofit organization in Washington, DC on a long-term temporary basis.

You will design, develop, and implement learning programs (e-learning, instructor-led, virtual), manage the LMS, and partner with stakeholders to create engaging content.

Start ASAP with a 35-hour week, hybrid schedule (4 days onsite), and compensation of $30-$33 per hour through January 2027, with likely extension. Metro accessible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred.
• 2+ years in Learning & Development, instructional design, or LMS administration.
• Experience designing and developing training programs and e-learning content.
• Strong LMS administration; Rise 360 experience preferred.
• Proficiency with authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, Adobe Captivate, Canva.
• Portfolio showcasing instructional design or LMS-related work preferred.

About The Job
