Our client, a professional services organization is seeking a Customer Success Associate to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis in Arlington, Virginia.

About The Job:

• Support account changes, invoices, quotes, and other sales-related issues
• Serve internal (75%) and external (25%) customers and stakeholders
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve sales support issues
• Assist the Sales team with customer requests and problem resolution
• Utilize Salesforce and Jira to support sales operations and issue tracking
• Deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment

About You:

• Bachelor's degree required
• 2+ years of professional experience required
• Customer success, client support, or sales support experience preferred
