Our client, a nonprofit organization is seeking an Instructional Designer to join their team on a temporary basis in Washington, D.C.

About The Job

• Support development and updates of online learning content (Articulate Rise & Storyline)
• Assist with course design across virtual, in-person, and self-paced formats
• Conduct accessibility reviews to ensure ADA/WCAG compliance
• Perform quality assurance on learning materials and user experience
• Support LMS (Thinkific) content updates, testing, and maintenance
• Assist with multilingual content and translation support
• Create and maintain documentation and SOPs
• Support new learning initiatives and process improvements

About You

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 3+ years of instructional design experience
• Experience with Articulate Rise and Storyline preferred
• Knowledge of ADA/WCAG accessibility standards
• Experience with LMS platforms
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

About The Position

• Start Date: ASAP
• Duration: 6-month contract, with potential to extend
• Schedule: Full-time (40 hours/week)
• Compensation: $34-$38/hr
