Job summary

Hermès of Paris in New York City is offering a Learning Enablement Intern role within the Talent Development team. You will support projects to make learning programs more effective, measurable, and accessible, gaining hands-on experience with HR systems, data analysis, and analytics.

You'll develop dashboards, analyze LMS/HRIS data, participate in a mentor-supported capstone project, and join a guest-speaker series.

Qualifications

• Currently a junior or senior in undergraduate studies in a relevant field (HR, Organizational Effectiveness, Education, Business).
• Strong interest in HR, adult education, or data analytics.
• Comfortable using Microsoft 365 tools; Power BI is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing dashboards and reports using Learning metrics.
• Analyze LMS and HRIS data to identify onboarding and learning trends.
• Support compliance reporting and data audits across systems.
• Research improvements to training accessibility and engagement.
• Contribute to a capstone project integrating semester experiences.
