Job summary

Louis Vuitton Americas is seeking an HR Data Transformation Intern to support the modernization of people analytics infrastructure by bridging HR data and business operations to translate organizational challenges into quantitative insights.

The role focuses on building Power BI dashboards, optimizing reporting, and collaborating with HR partners, Client Services, and cross-functional stakeholders across corporate and retail teams.

Qualifications

• Advanced Power BI dashboard development and data visualization.
• Strong SQL and Python for data manipulation and analysis.
• Experience with large datasets and advanced Excel modeling (Power Query, complex lookups, VBA).
• Excellent communication and ability to translate findings for stakeholders.
• Interest in HR analytics and retail luxury industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, optimize, and maintain Power BI dashboards to enhance visibility into people data.
• Collaborate on data capstone project translating operational challenges into scalable analytics.
• Clean, transform, and analyze HR datasets using SQL, Python, and Excel.
• Architect and maintain data pipelines; automate reporting workflows and ensure data integrity.
• Translate quantitative findings into clear narratives for senior stakeholders and explore AI initiatives.
