Job summary

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program in HR, Business Administration, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Analytics, or a related field, with at least sophomore standing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and common lookup and text functions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and the ability to manage confidential information appropriately.
• Authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Support People Analytics & Reporting by compiling headcount, turnover, and recruiting data for HR review.
• Build and refresh HR dashboards and summary tables for management.
• Assist with HR documentation, process docs, job architecture libraries, and file organization.
