Qualifications

• Experience in data analytics, BI, HR tech or related project work.
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI dashboard development and data visualization.
• Strong communication skills to translate technical findings for business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop, optimize, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards to enhance visibility into people data and organizational insights.
• Partner with Client Services to execute a data capstone project translating operational challenges into scalable analytical solutions.
• Clean, transform, and analyze large-scale HR datasets using SQL, Python, and advanced Excel to support process improvements.
• Assist in data pipelines using SQL and Python to extract, transform, and load HR data; automate reporting workflows.
