Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a data-fluent Learning & Development professional to design, measure, and optimize learning solutions for its Professional Services Field teams. You will own analytics, drive insights from field data, and connect learning outcomes to business impact through dashboards and narrative storytelling.

Collaborate with Instructional Designers to map objectives to KPIs, validate learning needs with stakeholders, and advance measurement beyond participation to real behavior change

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Learning & Development, learning analytics, or related field.
• Experience designing and evaluating learning programs with measurable impact.
• Ability to synthesize field insights into actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end reporting and analytics for Talent Development and Learning initiatives.
• Design and conduct qualitative and quantitative research with field teams.
• Create executive-ready dashboards and data storytelling for leaders.
• Partner with instructional designers to ensure measurable learning objectives and business KPIs.
