Job summary

Salesforce seeks a data-fluent Learning & Development professional to design, measure and optimize field enablement for Professional Services. You will own analytics, embed measurement in programs and translate insights into business impact.

You’ll partner with Talent Development teams to connect field insights with learning outcomes, focusing on sustained behavior change and measurable results for the organization.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Learning & Development, learning analytics, Instructional Design, field enablement, or a related discipline.
• Experience developing learning measurement and evaluation approaches, with familiarity with frameworks such as Kirkpatrick Levels 3 and 4 and/or the Phillips ROI Methodology.
• Demonstrated ability to design and conduct qualitative and quantitative research, synthesize findings, and translate them into clear and actionable recommendations.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data visualization and reporting of learning, engagement, performance or business data.
• Business impact orientation to move beyond traditional learning metrics to understand application, behavior change and outcomes.
• Data storytelling to create executive-ready reports, dashboards and presentations.
• Working knowledge of Instructional Design, adult learning principles, learning objectives and evaluation methodologies.
• Collaborative, consultative mindset with ability to work across teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end reporting and analytics across Talent Development and Learning initiatives, translating data into actionable insights.
• Develop consistent reporting approaches that reveal team outputs, program performance, learner experience, engagement, CSAT, and learning quality.
• Embed measurement into program design with clear success metrics, data requirements and evaluation approaches.
• Establish scalable measurement frameworks, processes and standards for the learning portfolio.
• Identify trends and opportunities to improve the quality and impact of learning solutions.
• Design and lead qualitative and quantitative research to understand field needs and priorities.
• Translate field insights into recommendations informing discovery, design and prioritization of solutions.
• Partner with stakeholders to validate learning needs and ensure solutions address real business and learner needs.
• Develop dashboards and reporting approaches linking learning activity, outcomes, behavior change and business impact.
