Thyssenkrupp seeks a warehouse leader to direct operations across sites in Arizona. You will drive safety, efficiency and 6S/Lean improvements, ensuring policies align with corporate goals and meet customer expectations.

The role requires hands-on leadership on the warehouse floor around heavy machinery and proactive process enhancement. You will coordinate with plant and corporate management, hire and train staff, manage equipment and supplier needs, and participate in regional meetings.

Qualifications

• 4 year degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in labor relations, safety programs, ISO standards and Lean practices.
• Training in leadership, team building, motivation, planning and finance.
• Proficiency with standard office automation tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for all levels.

Responsabilités

• Lead and direct warehouse operations to meet customer expectations safely and efficiently.
• Enforce plans and procedures to improve reliability and quality across sites.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and safety for employees and visitors.
• Monitor 6S/Lean directives and track progress on targets.
• Hire, train, and manage warehouse staff; drive performance reviews.
• Coordinate with Plant Manager and ops leaders; travel as needed.
