Job summary

Thyssenkrupp Materials NA is seeking a Warehouse Team Lead I to supervise daily operations on the warehouse floor, including inspection oversight, training, and coordination with onsite management.

You will lead up to 15 staff, uphold health and safety standards, organize tools and documentation, and ensure timely completion of customer requirements. Shifts run 6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm, and 10pm-6am.

Qualifications

• Minimum one of leadership roles; supervises up to ~15 people.
• Must read, write and speak basic English; strong communication.
• Experience in automotive or industrial settings is an asset and trainable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inspection processes and product inspection on the assigned tables.
• Lead by example, maintain organization and housekeeping.
• Ensure safety and health policy compliance across staff.
• Coordinate shift start activities and ensure tools/materials are ready.
• Provide on-the-job training for new work instructions.
• Manage personnel and report task completion to onsite management.
• Maintain documentation and daily reporting.
