thyssenkrupp is seeking a Warehouse Team Lead I to manage and coordinate activities on the warehouse floor. You will train staff on the job, interact with customer management, and ensure work is completed in line with quality and safety standards. You may provide input to the Onsite Manager regarding performance and objectives.

The role works on the warehouse floor around heavy machinery, with expectations for leadership and adherence to health and safety initiatives and customer requirements.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience as a team lead or supervisor.
• Strong leadership and multi-tasking ability.
• Ability to manage a team of up to 15 people.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work days, afternoons, nights, overtime and weekend shifts.
• Reliable attendance is essential.
• Experience in automotive or industrial setting is an asset; training provided.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee inspection processes for assigned tables and products.
• Lead by example; maintain organization and good housekeeping.
• Ensure safety policies are followed; report incidents to supervisor.
• Coordinate shift start activities and required duties.
• Ensure tools, materials, and PPE are available for jobs.
• Provide on-the-job training for new work instructions.
• Provide input on completion of objectives to Onsite Manager.
• Interact with customers regularly to ensure satisfaction.
