Job summary

thyssenkrupp Supply Chain Services is seeking an experienced warehouse leader to drive efficient, safe operations across facilities. You will implement plans aligned with corporate Lean initiatives, ensure compliance with OSHA standards, and monitor safety, quality, and on-time shipping metrics.

The role requires up to 90% travel, weekend flexibility, and the ability to manage equipment maintenance and staff performance on the warehouse floor.

Qualifications

• 4 year degree in Business or Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Experience in labor relations, safety programs, ISO standards, Lean practices.
• Leadership, team building, motivation, strategic planning, finance and time management training.
• Proficient with standard office automation and productivity software.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills across all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to ensure efficient, safe warehouse operations.
• Enforce and develop plans in alignment with corporate goals and Lean initiatives.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and overall safety of employees and visitors.
• Coordinate with Plant Manager/Department Leader to set goals and drive performance.
• Hire, train, motivate, and, if needed, discipline warehouse staff.
• Travel to sites and participate in regional and corporate meetings as required.
• Perform employee reviews and support equipment maintenance and purchases.
