Job summary

MCC Label in Neenah, WI is seeking a senior Lean transformation leader to drive continuous improvement across plant operations. You will partner with site leadership to identify Kaizen events, prepare resources, and link Lean activities to business objectives.

The ideal candidate has a BS in Engineering or Operations Management, 3+ years leading lean initiatives in complex manufacturing, and a proven ability to change culture, deploy policy, and reduce cycle times across multiple lines.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering or Operations Management is required.
• Three or more years of experience leading lean manufacturing initiatives in complex facilities.
• Strong change management skills and experience transforming culture toward Lean practices.
• Experience directing employees who are not direct reports and leading multiple Kaizen events.
• Formal Lean training from academy-like organizations or deep lean operating systems is preferred.
• Proven ability to design and deploy policy deployment goals and reduce cycle times and costs.

Responsibilities

• Identify activities and Kaizen events with Lean Steering Committee and site management.
• Develop site transformation plans aligned to business objectives and ensure proper resourcing.
• Provide pre-event training and post-event follow-up, and audit results.
• Mentor KPO team members and build a foundation for continuous improvement under Lean Operating System.
• Lead and participate in Kaizen events, fostering a culture of change and ownership at all levels.
• Track program progress and impact, supporting special projects as needed.
