Job summary

MCC, a global leader in premium labels, seeks an Operational Excellence Manager to drive Lean culture in the Pennsylvania plant. You will lead productivity improvements and loss elimination with plant leadership and floor employees, directing initiatives beyond direct reports and reporting to the Plant Manager.

Successful candidates will have a BS in Engineering or Operations Management, 5+ years in plant leadership, and proven Lean/CI transformation experience to deliver tangible results.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering or Operations Management is required.
• Lean Six Sigma experience preferred.
• Five+ years in plant leadership driving Lean manufacturing initiatives.
• Proven change agent with experience leading teams not direct reports.
• Transformational Lean initiatives with bottom-line impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead Lean transformation in the plant and align with site management.
• Drive productivity improvements and loss elimination efforts.
• Teach Lean principles and coach teams to sustain CI gains.
• Lead Kaizen events and track action items to completion.
• Develop and monitor KPIs linked to business objectives.
• Collaborate with leadership, vendors, and departments to improve safety, quality and efficiency.
• Mentor manufacturing leadership in Lean techniques and build capabilities.
• Maintain program tracking for cultural and operational impact.
