Job summary

MCC Label, a global leader in premium labels, seeks an Operational Excellence Manager to drive our Lean transformation in the plant. You will lead productivity improvements, coach teams, and guide loss elimination using Lean principles, with direct influence across shifts and non-direct reports, reporting to the Plant Manager.

You will champion Kaizen events, develop a site transformation plan with site leadership, monitor KPI performance, and ensure training, audits, and communication plans

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering or Operations Management required.
• Lean Six Sigma experience preferred.
• Five+ years plant leadership with Lean initiatives in complex facilities.
• Strong change management and experience influencing non-direct reports.
• Experience leading transformational Lean activities.

Responsibilities

• Drive Lean culture in the plant using Lean principles and CI.
• Lead Kaizen events and ensure action items are followed up.
• Analyze KPI data and develop action plans to improve safety, quality, and productivity.
• Collaborate with site management to develop and execute a transformation plan.
• Provide training, mentoring, and guidance on Lean practices across the site.
• Partner with leadership to sustain and spread Lean initiatives.
