Job summary

MCC Label is seeking an Operational Excellence Manager to drive the transition to a Lean culture within our plant. You will lead productivity improvements, loss elimination, and continuous improvement efforts across the organization, educating teams in Lean principles and engaging non-direct reports to achieve tangible results.

You will report to the Plant Manager and collaborate with site leadership to deliver measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• BS in engineering or operations management or equivalent experience.
• Lean Six Sigma experience preferred.
• 5+ years in plant leadership with Lean initiatives in complex manufacturing facilities.
• Proven change management and cross-functional leadership experience.
• Experience directing employees who are not direct reports.
• Experience leading transformational Lean activities.

Responsibilities

• Drive Lean culture and CI initiatives in the plant to exceed business objectives.
• Lead Kaizen events and follow up on action items.
• Analyze KPI data and drive improvements in safety, quality, and productivity.
• Develop and implement site transformation plans aligned to Lean Operating System.
• Mentor site leadership and KPO team members in Lean tools and standards.
• Collaborate with corporate leadership and vendors to achieve cost reductions and efficiency.
