Job summary

nVent seeks a senior Lean Leader to champion lean manufacturing and business processes within the Engineered Building Solutions (EBS) group. You will define and deploy long-term lean strategies, lead kaizen events, and mentor site practitioners to advance transformation across multiple locations.

The role focuses on data-driven improvements and KPI-driven reporting. You will collaborate across functions, influence at all levels, and drive meaningful, measurable improvements while traveling to

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management or related field.
• 12+ years of business process or manufacturing continuous improvement experience in a lean environment.
• Six Sigma certification preferred.
• Knowledge of process improvement concepts and methods; ability to adapt to new processes.

Responsibilities

• Be a visible lean leader championing lean manufacturing processes across the EBS business.
• Shape and deploy long-term lean strategies for best-in-class systems and improvements.
• Lead and mentor site lean practitioners; train teams in lean transformation philosophy and tools.
• Act as a change agent by leading data-driven projects and kaizen events across the business unit.
• Own and elevate lean metrics and dashboards; define KPIs and reporting definitions.
