Job summary

nVent is seeking a senior Lean Leader to champion lean manufacturing and business processes across the Engineered Building Solutions unit. You will shape long-term lean strategy, deploy best-in-class systems, and drive data-driven kaizen events with cross-functional teams.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Operations Management with 12+ years of continuous improvement experience in lean environments, preferably in engineered-to-order settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management or related field.
• 12+ years business process or manufacturing continuous improvement in lean environment.
• Experience in engineered-to-order environment is a plus.
• Six Sigma certification preferred.
• Ability to influence across a highly matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

• Be a visible lean leader championing lean practices across the EBS unit.
• Define, develop and deploy long-term lean strategies across sites.
• Lead and mentor site lean practitioners and train teams in transformation.
• Serve as SME on lean topics for the business unit.
