nVent is seeking a Lean/Continuous Improvement leader to drive and advance lean transformations across the Engineered Building Solutions unit in a global setting. You will champion lean manufacturing and business processes, shaping and deploying long-term strategies, and mentoring site practitioners to elevate execution excellence.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management or related field.
• 12+ years of business process or manufacturing continuous improvement experience in lean environments.
• Experience implementing Lean Methodologies in Manufacturing/Distribution/Transactional apps; Six Sigma preferred.
• Ability to influence across a highly matrixed organization and travel ~35%.

Responsabilidades

• Be a visible lean leader for the EBS business and champion lean practices.
• Define and deploy long-term lean strategies across sites.
• Lead and mentor site lean practitioners and act as SME on lean topics.
• Lead data-driven projects and kaizen events; own lean metrics and dashboards.
