Job summary

nVent seeks a Process Transformation Leader for Engineered Building Solutions to drive end-to-end process improvements and standardized operations across core functions. The role collaborates with IT and architecture teams to align processes with data flows and strategic priorities.

Travel to Houston or Madison is expected as needed. The ideal candidate brings an MBA or advanced degree, 8+ years in strategic operations or corporate transformation, and a proven ability to influence senior

Qualifications

• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in strategic operations, management consulting, or corporate transformation initiatives.
• Experience building or transforming operational structures, preferably in startup, new venture, or rapidly growing unit.
• Outstanding communication skills with a record of influencing senior collaborators and guiding cross-functional teams.
• Strong data literacy; able to use operational metrics and financial parameters to justify architectural decisions.
• Willingness to work from Houston, TX or Madison, WI and travel ~10%.

Responsibilities

• Improve and analyze end-to-end value streams to remove friction, reduce cycle times, and boost efficiency.
• Standardize, repeatable, and scalable business processes across EBS.
• Apply Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methods for quality and measurable controls.
• Partner with IT and systems architects to align tech with processes and data flows.
• Serve as strategic liaison between leadership and functions for operational readiness.
• Assess impact of strategic shifts and provide data-driven recommendations on structure and prioritization.
