Qualifications

• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in strategic operations, management consulting, or transformation initiatives.
• Experience building or transforming operational structures in a startup or rapidly growing unit.
• Outstanding communication skills with a track record of influencing senior collaborators.
• Strong data literacy with ability to justify architectural decisions using metrics.
• Willingness to work from Houston, TX or Madison, WI and travel ~10%.

Responsibilities

• Improve and analyze end-to-end value streams to cut friction and cycle times.
• Establish standardized, repeatable, scalable processes across EBS functions.
• Apply Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies with measurable controls.
• Partner with IT and system architects to align tech with business processes and data.
• Serve as liaison between leadership and functions for operational readiness.
• Assess impact of strategy shifts and provide data-driven recommendations.
