Job summary

nVent seeks a senior Lean leader to drive Engineered Building Solutions (EBS) improvements in the United States. You will champion lean manufacturing, define long-term strategies, and lead data-driven improvement initiatives across sites, including Houston.

You will mentor site lean practitioners, establish KPIs and dashboards, and act as SME on lean topics within a matrix organization. Travel up to 35% to locations including Houston, Madison, and Oshkosh.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management or related field.
• 12+ years business process or manufacturing continuous improvement experience in a lean environment.
• Experience implementing Lean Methodologies in Manufacturing, Distribution and Transactional applications; six sigma certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be a visible lean leader for our EBS business by championing lean manufacturing and processes across the business.
• Shape and deploy long‑term lean strategies to drive best-in-class systems and improvement practices across sites.
• Lead and mentor site lean practitioners, train teams in lean transformation, and serve as SME on lean topics.
