nVent seeks a Process Transformation Leader for Engineered Building Solutions (EBS) to redefine core business processes and drive measurable improvements. You will couple Lean and data-driven insights with cross-functional leadership to streamline value streams across functions and ensure operational readiness.

Formación

• Academic background in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
• 8+ years of experience in strategic operations, management consulting, or corporate transformation initiatives.
• Experience building or transforming operational structures, preferably in startup or growth contexts.
• Outstanding communication with senior collaborators and cross-functional teams.
• Strong data literacy with ability to justify architectural decisions.

Responsabilidades

• Improving and analyzing end-to-end value streams to eliminate friction points and increase efficiency.
• Establishing standardized, repeatable, scalable processes across core EBS functions.
• Applying Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies with measurable controls.
• Partnering with IT and systems architects to align technology with processes and data flows.
• Acting as the liaison between leadership and functions to ensure operational readiness.
• Assessing impact of strategy shifts and providing data-driven recommendations on structure and prioritization.
