The successful candidate will drive improvements in capacity, efficiency, and quality while supporting a rapidly scaling business. A commitment of at least 15 years of engineering experience is required, with a strong preference for backgrounds in ETO or project-based roles.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of engineering experience, with 8+ years in a leadership role.
• Experience in engineered-to-order (ETO) or project-based businesses.
• Proven track record to lead transformation in complex environments.
