Job summary

Thermon seeks a Lean Transformation leader to advance our continuous improvement across U.S. operations. You will guide the deployment of Lean initiatives, improve material flow, and develop long-term strategies aligned with business priorities.

Reporting to the VP & GM of Global Operations, you will coach teams, create dashboards, and prioritize projects to deliver financial impact while fostering a Lean culture and sustaining gains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business with 7–10 years of related experience.
• Demonstrated experience leading a Lean transformation process (e.g., Shingo, Model Site).
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business materials and present to groups of managers and clients.
• Strong financial acumen with ability to analyze and communicate results in financial terms.
• Ability to lead change, develop strategies, and execute tactical plans.
• Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead deployment of Lean initiatives across U.S. operations value streams.
• Develop operations and business strategies and track goal deployment progress.
• Create dashboard reporting metrics to track progress and sustain improvements.
• Implement pull processes between manufacturing, distribution, and supply chain.
• Train and coach process owners and teams in continuous improvement tools.
• Act as a change agent to foster a Lean culture throughout the organization.
• Prioritize projects delivering maximum financial impact for Thermon.
