The ideal candidate will oversee ERP/MRP-related improvements, mentor teams, and lead enterprise-wide transformation efforts with up to 50% travel to support multiple facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field preferred.
• 2+ years in manufacturing, operations, or continuous improvement roles.
• Experience deploying Lean Manufacturing in production.
• Experience leading Kaizen events and process improvements.
• Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
• Knowledge of Lean methods (5S, Kaizen, VSM, Standardized Work, Visual Management).
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead Lean and continuous improvement initiatives across operations and support functions.
• Facilitate Kaizen events and cross-functional problem-solving to improve safety, quality, and productivity.
• Drive waste reduction and process optimization to raise workflow efficiency and reduce downtime.
• Develop and sustain standardized work, visual management, and process controls.
• Monitor KPIs and develop reporting tools to identify trends and gaps.
