Job summary

Parker Hannifin is seeking a Lean Manager based in Richland, MI or Wadsworth, OH to lead continuous improvement across multiple sites. You will drive Parker Lean System (PLS) implementations, coach leadership, and manage kaizen events to deliver measurable value.

Ideal candidates bring eight+ years in operations/LEAN, strong project management, and the ability to travel up to 75% depending on location. This role shapes efficiency and sustainability across the division.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering.
• Minimum eight years of progressive operations/LEAN improvement experience.
• Manufacturing leadership experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, documentation, and deployment of PLS fundamentals.
• Coach site leadership to drive strategy deployment and kaizen chartering.
• Drive value streams and continuous improvement projects to completion.
• Coach teams on problem solving (5-Why, PDCA; DMAIC exposure).
• Collaborate across Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering and Quality.
