• Ability to lead and coach teams to apply lean tools and drive improvements.
• Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills across functions and sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and deployment of Parker Lean System fundamentals (standard work, 5S/6S, visual management).
• Coach site leadership in strategy deployment, prioritization, and portfolio tracking.
• Drive kaizen events and value-stream improvements with data-driven analyses.
• Coordinate cross-functional Lean initiatives and sustainment checks across sites or divisions.
• Provide guidance on problem-solving using 5-Why, PDCA and DMAIC when needed.
• Lead training on PLS basics and advanced topics for operators and teams.
