Job summary

Dover Food Retail seeks a Continuous Improvement Engineer to drive Lean initiatives across operations. You will coach teams, lead Kaizen events, and foster data-driven problem solving to sustain improvements. The role reports to the factory CI Leader and collaborates with multiple functions.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in CI, Lean tooling experience, and strong coaching skills. A bachelor’s degree and proficiency in MS Office are preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Continuous Improvement or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in related area or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Coach teams to reduce waste and improve processes.
• Lead cross-functional Lean projects and Kaizen events.
• Facilitate data-driven problem solving and decision making.
• Develop and implement CI initiatives aligned with site goals.
• Train staff in Lean tools and standard work.
• Support process upgrades and capital justification.
