Dover Food Retail is hiring a Continuous Improvement Engineer for our Keosauqua, IA location. You will drive targeted, measurable improvements across operations, co-owning strategy and coaching lean capabilities throughout the site.

The role requires formal Lean experience, cross-functional collaboration, and ability to influence at all levels. Opportunity to lead upgrades, develop business cases, and implement sustained CI actions in a manufacturing environment.

Formación

• Two or more years of Continuous Improvement experience
• Experience with Lean tools and problem solving
• 2+ years of project management experience

Responsabilidades

• Coach and drive waste reduction across operations and support functions
• Co-own site initiatives strategy and execution
• Lead Kaizen events and lean conversions; train teams in lean tools
