Job summary

Dover Food Retail is seeking a Continuous Improvement Engineer in Centerville, IA. You will drive targeted, measurable improvements across operations and support functions, coach lean capabilities, and co-own site strategy with the factory CI Leader.

The role requires leading Kaizen events, coaching teams, and promoting structured problem solving and lean tools across the organization. A strong Lean background and collaboration across departments are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Continuous Improvement experience or equivalent.
• Lean methodology knowledge and ability to coach others.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop lean capabilities across the organization.
• Lead cross-functional teams on Kaizen events and lean projects.
• Use data-driven decision making to reduce waste and improve processes.
• Organize and facilitate lean conversion actions and training.
